CSC Healthcare Services aims to provide comprehensive and affordable healthcare solutions to people in rural and remote areas of the country through one-time delivery points, ie Common Service Centers. CSC aims to fill the need v/s demand gap by providing digital access to basic health care facilities to save time, money, effort and energy. CSC offers all services to rural India at affordable rates through the ‘Digital Services’ portal

Tele-health Consultations:

Telemedicine is a form of primary care in which the patient seeks the doctor’s advice about urgent medical problems that do not require a doctor’s location visit. It does not replace face-to-face consultation when needed, but rather completes it

In order to provide health consultation services among communities, Common Service Centres are offering video based tele-consultation services throughout India at affordable rates, consultation from different streams such as Alopathy, Ayurveda, etc. are available.

Pradhan Mantri Jan Aushadhi Scheme:

The Prime Minister’s Jan Aushadhi scheme aims to avail quality medicines at affordable prices to all, especially the poor and the needy. Through specialized outlets called Jan Aushadhi Medical Stores, which is implemented by the Bureau of Pharmaceutical Public Sector Undertaking (BPPI).

CSCs in collaboration with the Bureau of Pharma Public Sector Undertakings of India (BPPI) is planning to set up generic medicine stores in CSCs across the country under the Jan Aushadhi scheme.

Diagnostic Services:

Hello Health Kits: The scheme launched in 2016 in collaboration with Hello Health to provide diagnostic kits for the peoples which can be used to check parameters such as blood glucose level, blood pressure, ECG, body temperature, etc.

Control H (Tele-medicine Remote Diagnostic Kit): Control-H is an integrated wireless monitoring device which can be used for monitoring BP, Heart Rate, Blood-Oxygen, body temperature, Total Cholesterol, Haemoglobin, Etc.

CSC-Thyrocare diagnostic services: The project is to provide diagnostic services through CSCs, in collaboration with Thyrocare.  Such as:

• Blood Test
• Urine Test
• Water Test

 

Eye Check-up (nethra):  The scheme is for providing eye testing services at Common Service Centres, CSC has partnered with Forus Health Private Ltd.

 

JIVA-Ayurveda Scheme: Through the scheme, CSC aims to avail Ayurvedic consultation & products to citizens in collaboration with JIVA Ayurveda through CSCs.
