Non-Teaching Opportunities at Navodaya Vidyalayas
Navodaya Vidyalaya samithi has released notification regarding non- teaching opportunities at its vidyalayas
The residential schools, which are called as Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas (JNVs) are envisaged by the National Policy on Education 1985 targeted to bring out the best of rural talent.
The scheme provides greater opportunity towards rural students by making good quality education available to them irrespective of their capacity to pay for it. Which would enable students from rural areas to compete with their urban counterparts on an equal footing.
The following are the list of vacancies presently available at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas(JNVs).
a.ASSISTANT COMMISSIONER
PAY SCALE: Rs.78800-209200
UPPER AGE LIMIT: Upto 45 years.
QUALIFICATIONS:
(i) Master’s Degree
(ii) and the Person must be holding post of Principal or analogous post in the Level -12 (Pay Matrix)
OR
At least 5 Yrs experience in the Level 10 (Pay Matrix) and above in the Educational Planning and Administration in any Government or Semi Government or Autonomous Organization
b.ASSISTANT COMMISSIONER (ADMN.)
PAY SCALE: Rs.67700-208700
UPPER AGE LIMIT: 45 years
QUALIFICATIONS:
(i) Graduate Degree
(ii) Holding analogous post on regular basis
OR
*With 8 years service in the Level 7 (Pay Matrix)
