LIC GOLDEN JUBILEE SCHOLARSHIP – 2020

LIC GOLDEN JUBILEE SCHOLARSHIP – 2020 aims to provide better opportunities to meritorious students (belonging to economically weaker families) for higher education and thus enhance their employability.

The scholarship will be awarded to students studying in India in a government or private college/university, the scheme also covers technical and vocational courses in Industrial Training Institutes/ Industrial Training Centres affiliated with the National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT).

ELIGIBILITY

For Regular Scholar

CATEGORY I

• Pass in Class XII exam with at least 60% marks in the Academic Year 2019-20
• And whose parents/guardian have an annual income (from all sources) not exceeding Rs.2,00,000 per annum

CATEGORY II

• Pass in Class X exam with at least 60% marks in the Academic Year 2019-20
• And whose parents/guardian have an annual income (from all sources) not exceeding Rs.2,00,000 per annum

For Special Girl Child Scholar

• Pass in Class X exam with at least 60% marks in the Academic Year 2019-20
• And whose parents/guardian have an annual income (from all sources) not exceeding Rs.2,00,000 per annum

GRAND

1) Rs.20,000/- per annum in three instalments.

2) Rs.10,000/- per annum in three instalments.

OTHER CONDITIONS

Scholarship shall not be given to more than one student in a family.

Postgraduate students are exempted from applying to this scholarship.
