The National Institute of Construction Management and Research (NICMAR) invites application to various full-time on-campus – post-graduate programs (PGPs) conducted at the NCR campuses in Pune, Hyderabad, Delhi, NCR.
NICMAR, provides industry focused postgraduate programmes in construction management, real estate, engineering management and infrastructure disciplines.

- PGP IFDM – Infrastructure Finance, Development and Management
- One Year Post Graduate Programmes
- PGP MFOCB – Management of Family Owned Construction Business
- PGP QSCM – Quantity Surveying and Contract Management
- PGP HSEM – Health, Safety and Environment Management
- PGP CLSCM – Construction Logistics and Supply Chain Management
Requirements
Educational : Degree in any subject as per the program or B-Tech in any branch or Diploma in any branch with at least four years work experience in Information Technology / Computer Science / Architecture / Management / Economics / Mathematics / Bachelor’s in Statistics / Applications
All programs require 50% marks in the qualifying examination.
Final year students of the qualifying program may also apply.
Selection
Applications are scrutinized and eligibility is established on the basis of the documents submitted. Eligible candidates will be invited to appear for the selection procedure, which comprises NICMAR Common Admission Test (NCAT), Group Discussion (GD), Personal Interview (PI) and Rating of Application (RA).
